&On June 24, 2016, China real estate credit enterprise award ceremony was held in Changzhou. 40 real estate enterprises including Changda real estate Weifang Taihe Real Estate Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of "national real estate AAA credit enterprise". &The national real estate industry credit evaluation is organized by China Real Estate Association and China Real Estate Research Association. It is the only authoritative enterprise credit rating certification in the national real estate industry. It is reported that the real estate industry credit rating adopts the automatic declaration of real estate enterprises, the field evaluation of the third-party evaluation agency, and the expert group makes a comprehensive evaluation on the objective credit ability of the enterprise, the operation credit status of the enterprise, the performance of social responsibility credit of the enterprise and the future social credit ability through data review, on-site questions and real estate investigation.
