&On the morning of July 28, 2017, the first member congress of the third session of Weifang Property Management Association was ceremoniously held in the report hall on the first floor of the conference hall of Weifang Lutai Convention and Exhibition Center. 238 member representatives from the property service industry of the whole city attended the meeting. Hao Xilai, director of the Property Office of the housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau and Gao Xiang, director of the social management office of the civil affairs bureau attended the meeting. &At the meeting, the working report of the Second Council of Weifang Property Management Association, the financial working report of the Second Council of Weifang Property Management Association, the articles of association of the third Association of Weifang Property Management Association, and the membership fee standard and management measures of the third Association of Weifang Property Management Association were reviewed and approved. &At the meeting, the Third Council and its leading group of Weifang Property Management Association were elected, and the composition of the secretary general, the Secretariat and the staff were voted through. &Jia Qingguo, general manager of Weifang Changda Public Building Property Management Co., Ltd. affiliated to Weifang Changda construction group, was elected as the third president of Weifang Property Management Association and delivered his inaugural speech at the meeting.
