Shortly after the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee was held and the whole party was learning the spirit of the plenary session, the group also ushered in a major event in development. &On the morning of November 26, 2016, the Congress of Weifang Changda Construction Group Co., Ltd. of the Communist Party of China was ceremoniously held in the report hall on the second floor of the group's office building. 81 management representatives, workers' representatives, retired representatives and women representatives representing 1104 formal party members of the group attended the Congress. Leaders of the group's senior management and members of the last party committee took seats at the rostrum. &At 9 a.m., in the solemn national anthem, the conference opened. According to the agenda of the conference, Zhu Jiuzhou read out the reply of the Party committee of Weifang housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau on Approving the general election of the Party committee and the Commission for Discipline Inspection of Weifang Changda Construction Group Co., Ltd.; Fu Lianqing introduced the resume of the candidates of the new Party committee and the Commission for Discipline Inspection; voted through the election method; voted through the list of recommended persons of the chief inspector and the supervisor; elected the new Party committee and discipline inspection Inquiry committee. &In the voting of the general assembly, 81 delegates elected the new Party committee and discipline inspection committee by secret ballot. At the first meeting of the new Party committee and Commission for Discipline Inspection held subsequently, Xu pengqiang was elected as secretary of the Party committee, Zhu Jiuzhou as Deputy Secretary of the Party committee, and mu Naijie as secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection. &After the election, Comrade Xu pengqiang, Secretary of the Party committee, made an important speech. He put forward two requirements to all the party members of the group: on the one hand, what kind of Party members to be; on the other hand, how to be a party member of Changda.     About what kind of Party member to be, Secretary Xu pengqiang put forward nine requirements: first, to be a politically qualified party member; second, to be a party member with firm faith and original intention; third, to be a party member with the party's spiritual support and political soul; fourth, to be a party member who strictly abides by the party's political discipline and rules; fifth, to be a party member with the party's organizational life and party rules Party members in internal political life; 6. Party members who fight against corruption and are honest and have three provinces in one day; 7. Party members who take part in activities and receive education; 8. Party members who are upright, upright and exemplary; 9.
